Delivery & refunds

Purchases are currently closed. The following terms apply when paid packs become available.

One-time digital packs

• Card Studio — US$0.99: one project, 3 concept credits, your own uploaded artwork, card editing and PNG export. No image generation credits.
• Complete — US$4.99: one project, 10 concept credits and 4 image credits, editing and PNG export.

No subscription or automatic renewal. Collection is not available for purchase.

Receiving your work

Credits unlock after payment confirmation. Generation time depends on the provider; a pending request is not a finished result. Review your concept before requesting artwork. Save your private recovery code, project backup and exported files.

Manual edits and exports do not use credits. Each new generation or variation uses one matching credit. A confirmed system failure returns that credit once. If a response is lost or its outcome is uncertain, check the existing job before starting another attempt.

Refund requests

Request a full refund for an unused purchase within 7 days. For duplicate payments, missing access or a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact us so we can restore access or refund the affected purchase. For partly used packs, we review the undelivered portion and the reported problem.

Email connesnet08@gmail.com with your order ID and the issue. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; your bank controls when the credit appears. Do not send card details or your recovery code.

These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
